“Tell me who your friends are, and I’ll tell you who you are”
You’ve likely heard this saying.
This saying refers to how your relationships with the people around you, your circle of friends, impacts your career and life.
Think of the 5 people you spend the most time with.
How would you describe them?
Are they goal-driven? Accomplished? Supportive?
Or are they Toxic? Or negative people?
Our topic for today is often overlooked because we don’t understand its monumental effect on our lives and careers.
It's the relational impact of our inner circle and how it impacts our career and every single part of our lives, negatively or positively.
And what we can do to build stronger inner circles so we can achieve the things we want.
Because when we surround ourselves with the right relationships, they will help us see the positive. They're going to help us figure out that next step. They're going to believe in us when we do not believe in ourselves, we're going to feel better, and that's going to allow us to keep the commitments we make to ourselves.
Which leads to increased confidence and, ultimately, the achievement of our goals.
