On this podcast episode we got to go on a coaching call with Marlena, a Personal Trainer. Marlena starts off the episode talking about her training studio and how she also transitioned to both in person training and online. She then talks about overcoming the hurdles she faced and states the reason for going on to this coaching call with Trevor. Trevor gives Marlena advice on how to tackle clients when they are finished with their 6 week program with Marlena. Trevor explains an idea about how there are different ways a client program will go over. Trevor goes into chagrin with the right amount to the clients and finding the right amount of pricing. Trevor then explains the advantages of posting the accomplishments of her clients as it boosts the drive of her other clients. He then talks about pricing in packages rather than charging by sessions and the advantages of that approach. He also talks about renewal of services for clients done with their programs and offering them options that should make it feel like a true service rather than a commodity. Trevor finishes the episode talking about the pros and cons of moving to a semi private session with a lot of benefits rather than the traditional one-on-one.
