Our goal is to help real estate agents increase their productivity using AI technology. So much has changed since six months ago, and we’re giving our old top AI apps list an update. In this episode, hear our nine must-have AI apps for real estate agents.
1. Virtual Staging AI
- Add furnishings and decluttering spaces with Virtual Staging AI to enhance your listing photos.
- One benefit of the app is removing existing furniture and reimagining rooms with new themes and designs.

- The basic version is free, with a Pro version available for more advanced features.
3. Google Gemini
- Google Gemini is integrated into the Google app and offers a ChatGPT-like experience.
- You can export content directly to the Google ecosystem (Docs, Drive, etc.).
- Also, Gemini provides up-to-date information due to its internet connection.
4. Microsoft Copilot
- Microsoft Copilot is tied to the Microsoft ecosystem and Bing search engine.
- It offers a ChatGPT-like experience and is connected to the internet for current data.
5. Anthropic Claude
- Claude is another major language model that is available for public use.
- Rajeev suggests trying prompts in all four models (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude) for the best results.

- Captions now offer AI-powered video editing, removing filler words and pauses.
- The app has an enhanced AI Eye Contact feature, making the subject appear to look directly at the camera.
- Captions support voice-to-text in 30 languages and continue to improve its features.
7. Canva
- Canva has introduced Magic Studio, an AI-driven design tool.
- The free version offers features like background removal and blurring.
- Canvas AI can generate realistic images and designs based on prompts.
8. Microsoft Designer
- Microsoft Designer is Microsoft's version of a design tool, similar to Canva.
- While not as advanced as Canva yet, it's an app to keep an eye on for future improvements.
