My name is William Kennedy, and for the last three decades, I've been a judge in every type of trial court in the UK, as part of a legal career that began in 1972.
With my son Thomas, I'll be revealing the details of some of the most interesting cases in which I've been a judge, the eclectic, the extraordinary mix of people I've met, and explaining critical parts of how our ancient legal justice system works.
I've seen and heard things that have reaffirmed my belief in human goodness and shaken it to its very core.
