In this powerful episode, we guide you through a reflective exercise to map out your transformation journey. Your Soulful CEO Vision is rooted from your past, its shaped you to who you are today – your movement is born from this – so when we explore your story, we’re able to notice themes, your uniqueness, patterns in how you do things that when structured, helps you identify the specific transformations you've embodied and how they shape your unique movement and brand
Key Themes:
· Mapping Your Transformation: We dive into a powerful exercise where you draw a circle to represent the stages of your transformation. This circle helps you explore key struggles, breakthroughs, and growth periods in your life and business.
· The Starting Point: Reflect on the difficult times that led you to start your business. What challenges were you facing? What strengths did you develop during this time? This is where your transformation story begins.
· Second Phase of Growth: Consider if there was another major moment of struggle after you started your business. What deeper healing or growth occurred? We explore how to identify those significant turning points in your journey.
· Day-to-Day Life During Struggles: Go deep into how you were feeling, how you were living, and who you were before your transformation. Understanding this can help you connect to your audience, who may be in a similar place.
· Breakthrough Moment: What was the moment when you decided to change? What tools, practices, or steps did you take to shift? Identify what helped you move forward and how that reflects the type of guidance you now offer others.
· Becoming the Leader You Needed: Reflect on who you were looking for during your transformation — the mentor, leader, or guide you needed but perhaps didn’t have. This helps define the qualities you now embody as a leader.
· Your Embodied Transformation: Once you moved through your transformation, what changed? How did your identity, lifestyle, and mindset shift? This is the "end" of the circle and represents the transformation you’ve fully embodied.
· Themes in Your Story: What consistent themes come up through your story? Not just the tools and practices, but the deeper themes of healing and transformation that define your journey. This will shape the movement you're here to lead.
