Matt Foss is former owner of two companies, CEO of a PE backed business and Division 1 football captain at Indiana University.

Foss understands the emotional and physical toll it takes to build something exceptional. He has experienced the highs and lows and thus many painful mistakes. Foss justified employing colleagues who were underperforming for longer than I should have, wrestled with my beliefs to ensure we made the Q4 shareholder targets, and been frustrated with my team because “HE” was unable to communicate a clear vision to execute on.

Foss knows that it doesn’t have to be this way. His mission is to show you that there is a better way to gain the traction you crave!

As a natural implementer, Foss has always brought people together in a way that puts the vision first. Once the vision is clear, forging a united team that prioritizes group success over individual acclaim is critical.
