Elena Brandner is a living testament to strength, resilience, and a determination to overcome. Elena shares with us how she was a high-level athlete and body builder, who excelled in sports, and was also studying to be a pharmacist. Then, about two years ago, she was in a car accident which left her paralyzed from the waist down. Due to her faith and the prayers and support from many in her community, she is defying the predictions that she would never walk again. She tells us about her “never give up” attitude as well as the rigorous physical therapy routine that she does many times a week in order to achieve her goal of regaining her ability to walk. She has become a life coach to help others with making mindset shifts and incorporate practices that are essential to achieving lasting lifestyle changes.
