Unfortunately, what usually happens is that the truth-teller is rejected, ostracized, and slandered because they had the audacity to not keep secrets and prop up a toxic system. It doesn't matter that everyone involved knew/knows that the person that did/is doing the damage is a terrible person, abusive, dangerous, racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc. what matters to them is you weren't/aren't willing to keep that secret - that's what they don't like! So reward and honor all the beautiful work you are doing BIG and small. You deserve all the rewards and honors for doing hard things. There's a little surprise at the very end of this episode.
