While in college a student finds an off campus apartment with all the amenities for a price she cannot refuse. The only catch is the apartment has it's "quirks". If she can deal with them, she's welcome to stay. Despite the bizarre happenings, can she deal with them for her perfect apartment. At first it doesn't seem so bad, but their cause is something out of this world that she struggles to resolve. Could saving money be worth it to you?
