This episode we are joined (while recording in his office) by the master distiller of Gin, Whiskey and more Mikko Mykkänen from Helsinki Distilling co. We have a nice discussion on the distillery, the only one in Helsinki at the moment, the business of distilling spirits and in general about Gin and Whiskey.
