Advisor would like to either merge with an advisor with the same broker dealer to formulate a transition plan or entertain an offer for a buyout. Advisor would like the transaction to take place between now and the next 5 years. The ideal candidate already has an existing book of business that consists of both advisory and transactional. Advisor is not interested in candidates that are fee only or solely transactional. The ideal candidate must work on both the advisory and transactional sides.
