Maya Menon has devised brilliant programs that invest in the overall development of teachers through her enterprise The Teacher Foundation. Each program is unique, well-thought-through, timely, and extremely innovative as the organisation focusses on creative and active learning; even devising programs where the attrition of teachers is high and where the circumstances are trying in budget schools.
She is on a mission now, during the Covid 19 situation, to train teachers to be effective with online teaching techniques. Ensuring their connection with students still retains that x-factor
