But John has long been interested in the potential uses of machine learning and automation to improve his systems, quicken his mortgage processing timelines, and enhance the client’s experience.
In fact, John started his passion project of exploring the uses of AI in his business during Covid lockdowns, and he’s already integrated AI tools into his business – definitely an early adopter!
Of course, John is quick to point out that the highest and most noble purpose of AI is to ultimately help his clients and make it a better experience for those on the path to buying a property in Ireland.
