Our Guest: Liz Tran

Liz Tran is the creator of Reset, an executive coaching company to CEOs and founders. Before Reset, Tran spent a decade in tech, most recently as the only female executive at a top venture capital firm. Today, Tran coaches the CEOs and founders of the fastest-growing companies in the world, and altogether they have raised more than $500 million in funding and created over $4 billion in enterprise value. Her clients are backed by funds like A16Z, Box Group, General Catalyst, Insight, Sequoia, Tiger, Thrive, and Y Combinator. In addition to her fifteen years of tech and VC experience, Tran also coaches from her spiritual practice. She is a Buddhist, trained meditation teacher, and studied at the Samyak Ashram in Dharamshala, India. She is the creator of the podcast, Reset with Liz Tran and the author of The Karma of Success.

Celeste Headlee is a communication and human nature expert, and an award-winning journalist. She is a professional speaker, and also the author of Speaking of Race: Why Everybody Needs to Talk About Racism—and How to Do It, Do Nothing, Heard Mentality, and We Need to Talk.
