It's so easy in the spiritual community to slip into states of Toxic Positivity, especially when it's so heavily preached and it can be a wonderful distraction from healing. But when we get to the nitty gritty, it's so important to talk about the negative side of these concepts so that we gain a more nuanced understanding of the Human Experience. Only then will we move towards a society that's actually safe and validating for all .
