Today I welcome a local business owner Josh Stilborn, who is the Founder of The Recovery Spa in Kelowna, BC.
Through Josh's experience, he came up with the idea to start The Recovery Spa to help athletes recover quicker after injuries. He soon found out that the Recovery Spa is used by more than just athletes as the technology he uses allows his customers to reduce stress and improve mental recovery in addition to physical recovery.
