Currently at Compass, Simone's passion for the real estate industry emerged while purchasing her first home at the age of 26. Simone is a Bay Area native. She was born and raised in San Francisco and she relocated to the Oakland and Berkeley area -- where she has resided for the past 20 years. A busy mom with 2 very young kids, much of the focus of todays conversation is on the popular subject of work-life balance.
