Carlos founded Continental Roof Co in 2009 after years working in construction and trades. He had a deep desire to own a business that also served the community which Continental has done in many ways including sponsoring youth sports, funding mission trips, providing free roofs and gifts to local first responders. He also personally is on the board of the Better Business Bureau and local zoning commission.

They have built the business via networking stemming from their quality of work, community support and recognized culture. This has also carried over to attracting and retaining strong team members. His longer-term vision is to continue to scale and eventually expand into other markets.
