At various points throughout the business process, it's always good practice to bring in a 3rd-party to independently review your programs to allow for a fresh set of eyes. Independent Reviews allow for analysis of a specific aspect of the business and breaks down each individual step along the way to assure that money and time are being spent in an efficient way. Dave has been on both side of the fence, being both reviewed and acting as the reviewer.
