CEDU - The Birth of the Troubled Teen Industry - Part 1

In this episode, we go from Synanon to CEDU. Described at times as a "Boarding School for Naughty Children" or "Therapeutic Behaviour Modification" for so-called "Troubled Teen". CEDU opened in 1967 and closed its doors in 2005. Whilst it was open, CEDU staff subjected its residents to emotional, physical, sexual and verbal abuse. Brainwashing and indoctrination appear to take place throughout its history, during CEDU's infamous "Emotional Growth" curriculum.
