David's parents made the bold move to enroll him in a private school, where he was mentored. This change had a profound impact on David's life, allowing him to break free from negative influences and channel his energy towards academic success. His story serves as a powerful reminder of the significance of peer influence and how it can shape one's life trajectory. David's connection to St. John's School, founded by the Christian Brothers, played a crucial role in shaping his passion for teaching and education. He credits the impact the Christian Brothers had on his life and the lives of their students, inspiring him to pursue a career in education. Throughout his career, David has remained committed to his passion for education, dedicating his life to teaching, coaching, and leading San Miguel School as its President.
