It's easy for our lives to get out of balance:
- Maybe we work long hours and neglect our family.
- Maybe we spend more time without hobby then we do building our marriage.
- We cant check out of our responsibilities at work, so we live absent mindedly at home.
- Maybe your are trying to make up for family time and you neglect church.
The Bible speaks a lot about being balanced in our lives and stewarding our time for the Lord:
“A just weight and balance are the LORD'S: all the weights of the bag are his work” (Proverbs 16:11).
“Redeeming the time because the days are evil.” (Ephesians 5:17)
“As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith” (Galatians 6:10).
