It is often that we find spaces where expression of masculinity becomes a set of rules to follow where the boundaries of one's emotional intelligence creates toxic relationships in a never ending generational loop. The relationship between masculinity and femininity has been painted as opposite energies when in reality they work best in synergy. Join us as we explore the basis of the social construct that is toxic masculinity, visiting different avenues in which it affects people on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. We also discuss the importance of holding accountability and recognizing that there may be a lot of work to do on ourselves. A vast topic for sure that left us eager to continue this conversation at a later time.
