Using corn syrup, rim glass with blue sugar
1 oz. White Rum
1.5 oz Blue Sour Puss
0.5 oz Triple Sec
0.25 oz Jägermeister
Top with Jones' Blue Bubblegum Soda Pop
Add a few sprinkles of edible sparkles
