In this episode, I speak with Dara Marias, who oversees the Holistic Divorce Practice at Kainen Law Group in Las Vegas.
We discuss the three key areas of Dara's practice: holistic divorce education, divorce mediation, and amicable divorce representation.
We review the core concepts of holistic divorce education and how they can be incorporated into divorce mediation. We also discuss our respective roles in the Nevada Chapter of the Amicable Divorce Network. The ADN was founded in 2019 and is dedicated to helping people divorce in a low-conflict and cost-effective manner.
