Our podcast producer and Little Debbie connoisseur Logan Chartrand is back this week to talk more in depth about Mission 24, the first HHAUSA event of 2023 coming up April 28th, 29th and 30th. In what will be the largest weekend in our history, Mission 24 is jammed packed with a two day 3D archery shoot, a sporting clays shoot with partners The Kniestedt Foundation, a Saturday night concert with Chris Kroeze sponsored by Brew Pub Lotzza Motzza Pizza and more. Beastmode Archery Challenge will be holding an Endurance Race on Saturday at Tyrol Basin and 222 Veterans, First Responders and Law Enforcement Officers will get the VIP treatment courtesy of Vortex Optics Friday afternoon to kick things off!
Logan and I also chat about the honor of having another film selected to the Badlands Film Festival in Indianapolis at the 2023 ATA Show. Chad Stillman, a previous guest on the podcast, told his story in Blue 22, produced by Sam Ubl and the team over at Chase Nation. We are beyond excited to have Chad on hand that evening and in town to speak at the Target The Heart Prayer Breakfast at the ATA. Good friend Al Quackenbush will be sharing his testimony as well and be joined by Aaron Ritter of Limb-Itless Outdoors. The five of us will be getting together for dinner during our time in Indy in what could turn into a future podcast episode all its own.
Speaking of Ritter, he announced his 2nd Annual A3G Initiative Grant January 1st. Started to introduce an amputee into the sport of archery and bowhunting and improve mental health, physical fitness and quality of life, applications are due April 15th. The winner will be receiving their package in Wisconsin at Mission 24 during intermission of the Chris Kroeze show.
