Claire talks to Nic about the ELEVATE Hub, a community of HR professionals designed to help them learn, feel supported, and develop in their careers. Nic asks Claire about trends she is seeing in HR—she explains that HR professionals need support, too, particularly given the current volume of work!
Claire shares her thoughts on the Employment Rights Bill, the cost of living crisis, the blurring of work and home life, and the current mandate to return to the office! Nic asks Claire about the power of HR professionals using social media and in particular LinkedIn.
