The Intelligence Black paper by Alexander Ngu, the founder at Ngu Energy : About: This 50-page academic publication, is titled “ The Intelligence Black Paper”. The Publication is unique because it presents a novel theory that formalizes a definition of intelligence that has eluded philosophers and academics for centuries.
