Hey there! We had a recorded training session where we talked about "The Executive Search 7-Figure Solopreneur Plan," which I will be sharing with you now. In this video, you will learn about the three phases of a successful Executive Search Business and a lot more. So phase number one is that we need to bring the client leads in, and that also brings the qualified candidates in. So that means your inbox gets filled with qualified clients and candidates. Phase number two is when we convert the clients. So we have our inbox, we have responses from the clients, and we then convert the clients, whichever process may be. This could be face-to-face or over the phone, via Zoom, et cetera. Now, we convert the candidate and send them out for the interview, etc. Deliver the candidate, and then we get into a cycle of fully retained business proof to the client. We can provide this form of service, and we get repeat business and things done properly. What's interesting here is that if you look at your business, you're going to go into all sorts of fundamentals, right? It could be the number of emails sent, the number of hours worked, or the number of client calls. And if you want to improve each part of the process, you need to either increase the volume of leads or increase conversion. That’s it. So how do we actually make this a living?
