Scott is an accomplished Executive Consultant and President of Chelwood Consulting Group, where he provides strategic leadership to revitalize underperforming organizations and enhance business operations. He specializes in manufacturing, logistics, eCommerce, and human resource management, with a focus on long-term performance and profitability. At Petformance, he launched freeze-dried nutritional meals for canines, adding a new revenue stream to his consulting firm. Previously, Scott served as Vice President of Operations at Vital Proteins, achieving over 460% revenue growth. He also led significant projects at Omega Protein, improving production capacity by over 600%. Scott holds an MBA from UC Riverside and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
