This week's episode of The Matt Donahue Podcast is all about the New England Patriots. We spend the majority of the show discussing yesterday's events of Cam newton being released from the New England Patriots, ultimately leading to Rookie QB Mac Jones taking the reigns and becoming the starter. We discuss all of the potential possibilities as to why Cam Newton was let go from the team and narrow down to a few reasons why he thinks it happened. Then to close the show Matt gives his final prediction for the Patriots season record for 2021, and if the team is or isn't a playoff contender.
