If you’re not using a sales script in your moving company, and instead you're just trying to rattle off bullet points at somebody on the phone about your services, sometimes you forget stuff.

There are many things that need to be said to a customer during a sales call.

And having a sales script ensures that your sales team is saying the things that you want them to say, every single time. All the things you want them to always say, and all the things you never want them to say.

If you build it into the sales script, it will get said.
