As we kick off 2025, intention is everything. Only 9% of people actually stick to their New Year’s resolutions. It’s hard to map out where you want to go if you don’t take a moment to reflect on where you’ve been—and why you want to move forward.
Here’s a quick exercise: Take a moment to sit down and think about what you truly want this year to look like. Do you want more fun, engagement, communication, or content creation? Or maybe you’re craving more quiet, balance, and personal time? If you’re a business owner, ask yourself: How do you want to connect with your audience this year? What do they need to hear from you? If expanding your speaking opportunities or building your brand is on your list, now’s the time to get clear about it. Write it all down. There’s no right or wrong answer, and this isn’t meant to add stress—it’s about gaining clarity. When we take the time to map out our thoughts, magic happens.
