As the founder and CEO of Marcham Publications, specialist publishers of Executive Support Magazine, Lucy is a leading authority on the administrative profession around the world. Her passion is for the assistant role to be truly recognized as a career and not just a job.
Because she frequently provides services as a motivational speaker, trainer and facilitator for conferences around the world, COVID-19 brought travel to a halt in 2020. Lucy and her team needed to quickly pivot to a digital world, including the printing of her magazine.
