Fire captivates doesn't it? Fire is just absolutely captivating. I remember years ago going camping and we got the fire started up and people from other campsites started coming over cause they didn't know how to build a fire in the rain. And with all the adventures I had with some very interesting Indians, that was a piece of cake.

My name is Mr. 2020 you are listening to the power of imagination podcast, and I want you to be on fire for your desire. In other words, you've got to let it warm you. You've got to let it capture your attention. When people gather around a fire, the fire becomes the central part of the circle.

You get to become on fire for your desire. Now, that doesn't mean, the most common mistake, by the way, is, you know, ra ra ree, kick him in the knee, ra ra ras, kick him in the other knee. This is not about a Tony Robbins style pep rally, about getting all emotional and all excited. It's about the feeling of natural.

So we started up a campfire, and it was wet from the rains. And people naturally just gathered. And this is what happens when you have the foundations firm. Having made over a thousand fires by rubbing two sticks together, probably two, 300 of them in the rain, making a fire in the rain was not a problem for me.

I got a lot of experience from doing what works. And I learned what works from those who well knew the traditions. I tried to teach myself how to rub fire, rub two sticks together and make fire for three years before I decided to sit down with someone that knew it. And I was semi successful. I worked really hard and they said, Hey, show me what you're doing.

And I did, and I said, Oh my, watch this. And then they showed me a couple of things and I went, my God, how cool is that? And again, this is a whole way of life, by the way, but the basics, what I want you to get today, you have to be on fire for your desire. And that's not emotional. That's occupational.

Emotional has you make a big, big deal. Rah, rah, re kick him in the knee bit. You already did that. Rah, rah, rah, kick him in the other knee. But on the other hand. When your desire so floods your attention, when you wear it like a fragrant odor, when you nail the foundation so that you can surrender into it, this becomes easy, this becomes fun.
