This mean more participation up front, from creating a compelling job description to performing a quality kickoff call with the candidate sourcing team. Then, the hiring team gets a bit of a break while the sourcing team works their magic. Finally, as the process nears completion, the hiring team needs to be fully engage in the interview process to help secure the best possible talent for the role.
