Cindy Shaw is a certified therapeutic mindset coach, and the founder and owner of Inner Alchemy Academy, specializing in helping women overcome self-doubt and overwhelm so they gain confidence, feel in control of their lives, and trust that they have all of their answers within.
Over the past 20 years, she has excavated her own inner landscape through deep personal and spiritual development to move from an angry victim to a confident and self-assured woman.
It's this inner work on repatterning her mind and beliefs, paired with her extensive yogic studies that allows her to now be in service to help other women overcome their obstacles from living their dreams.
Cindy weaves intuitive insight with honest feedback in a compassionate way to help clients gain control of their thoughts, behaviors, and actions. She is committed to teaching every client to listen, trust, and adhere to their own intuition so they learn how to become confident, self-sufficient beings with the knowing that they have all of their answers within, and knowing that they can accomplish anything they desire.
