Traditionally this service has been used by our High Court Enforcement Officers team in the aftermath of an eviction. We've seen that usually after an eviction a property is at risk of re-entry from 2-48 hours. So, the screening prevents that from happening. An eviction process can be followed by property screening. So, it's very much an add-on product to the enforcement action.

However, you don't need to have an eviction to use screening, if you have a vacant property that needs to be protected by 24x7 security which is cheap and robust, then screening is a good deterrent to squatters getting inside.
