Quarantine is in full effect which means, for most of us, our daily routines and the structures we usually adhere to have been disrupted. We have entered a stage where we are essentially forced to let go of so many of the things we hold dear. However, if we choose to look at how this is impacting our spiritual, mental and emotional spaces, you'll notice we are also being forced to let go of the things that we have used as a distraction. For right now, the responsibilities, work, and chores that we typically use to help us run from ourselves (consciously or subconsciously) are falling away. At this moment when many of us feel so out of control, it's important to see how we CAN control our attention and focus. We can use this time to get back to the core of who we are and make note of what really matters. Where does your real love and connection come from?
