People can't make meaningful relationships with a large group.
Rather, people find life-long relationships within small groups.
People will come to your church to hear the preacher or for the ministries you off their family.
But they will become life-time participants and fully-committed disciples because of the relationships they make.
Small groups are the glue that hold people in the church long enough for the vision to captivate them. In this video, we talk about the best practices in church small groups.
