Meet Jamie Janko, breathwork guide and teacher.
She comes from a background in personal training, nutritional, nlp and hypnosis.
When she works with clients, she goes deep to discover her clients truest desires, develop a confident, able body and release what is holding them back so they can live fully and authentically.
