On this episode of the Upstate Golf Guys Podcast, we dedicate the whole episode to my dear friend and Uncle John P Morizio. We just passed the 6th annual JPM Golf Memorial, and it was a HIT!!!

We filled up the field a month before the event this year with 104 total golfers!!!! We raised enough money to be able to raise the scholarship to 1200$ for a graduating student at Tamarac HS attending a trade school. Amazing news!!!

The first half of the episode we invite, daughter of John and Co-founder of the JPM Memorial, Tracy Hoffman to the show. We discussed how this whole thing was created, some jokes about John, and what kind of person he truly was. We could use more John Morizios in this world....

After the intermission we invite the defending Champs on the show. "The Fore Horsemen" Captain Adam Cahill, Gio Femia, Tom (Paulie Proshop) Mayone and Matty Wilgocki. We discuss their thoughts of the course and how if the pins were not in such hard spots, they probably could have gone 18-20 under!

Super huge shoutout to Josh over at Frear Park for helping make the day a success and another shout out to Greg Tudor and crew for making sure the course was in tip top shape for all of the out of towners!!! Everyone was so impressed with the golf course!!!!
