My name is Deidre Joyner and I am a Professional Licensed Counselor with Rediscover You Counseling Services. I have been in the field for over 12 years working in various settings such as the school system, a correctional facility, Outpatient Services, and Private Practice. I believe in a Holistic approach to therapeutic services by taking care of the mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in Women’s Health and believe in the power of incorporating a comprehensive approach to mental health and wellness. I am married to my amazing husband and have three beautiful children. I enjoy exercising, thrifting, spending time with family and friends, and listening to music. I am a member of the Illustrious Sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Incorporated, and believe in the power of service. Life is all about perspective and we have to be intentional about self-care and working through our challenges. My passion is to continue to reduce stigmas around mental health, educate others on ways to incorporate healthier coping mechanisms, and work on ways to increase accountability. Mental health is everything!
