Riddle us this, listeners: What is a thing that flies around and never comes down? It's.... ah, screw it, we were never good at riddles anyway. But what we are pretty good at at the Wages of Cinema is breaking down a franchise that has been retrofitting and reformatting and re-suiting (and re-taping as it turns out) a story and characters and world that's been going since 1939! What does Bob Kane have to say about how deeply dankly dark his creation has become? Or.... nah, screw that, too, how about Bill Finger? He may be the one seeking vengeance in the afterlife! But we digress.... This is the first episode in a while that is just Jack and Andrew going on, at length, about a new movie (someone may be hiding in the shadows here, or is he/she THE shadows? mwahaha).
