Growing up during tumultuous times in Chicago, and beginning his career in Emergency Medicine for the U.S. Army, Schneider has seen first hand the horrors of human conflict, and the wonders of the human spirit. He’s made it his mission to meet people where they are, and put his feet on the pavement to better understand the Waterbury community. By doing so, Schneider has helped introduce milestone advancements in local healthcare.
