About Rhonda: Rhonda Jackson is a native of Louisville, KY and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration, with an HR Management concentration from the University of Phoenix. Rhonda’s experience prior to joining Humana included Operations Management, Human Resources Recruiting and Generalists roles. Since joining Humana in 2007, Rhonda has been instrumental in the pioneering and evolution of the HR Shared Solutions Guidance Center (HR4U) as a Consultant, a Process Manager, and a Consulting Lead. Rhonda currently works as a Senior Talent Management Professional in Talent Acquisition on initiatives that support Inclusion and Diversity here at Humana. Rhonda is also the past Co-President of IMPACT, Humana’s African American Network Resource Group.
