I invite guests to share personal stories about acts of leadership that help shape their lives. In Episode 113, Dustin DeVries talks about a manager who shared Parkinson’s Law to help Dustin resolve some scheduling issues. He then describes the upside-down pyramid and how the concept applies to a business context. Dustin ends with advice about how we can strengthen how we lead.

Prologue

When he is not playing tennis, fishing, reading, gardening, cooking, or out with his family, Dustin lives and breathes software development. With more than 20 years of experience, Dustin is now the CTO and co-founder of Caffeine Interactive. Caffeine Interactive provides web and mobile app development.
