Nigel consults with global organizations to help them develop learning cultures and create more humane and developmental workplaces. He authored three books, is the co-host of Learning Now Television, and co-hosts From Scratch, a discussion podcast with Martin Couzins. Nigel teaches doctoral students at UPenn. He.
