Well, Perl Street transforms under-banked hardware companies into distributed asset developers with structures formerly reserved for billion-dollar project finance transactions.
In the episode, Jace and Arvin discuss running a hardware-intensive company. They talk about raising money for hardware in a software-driven environment.
Arvin also goes in-depth on the many different reasons why hardware is not easy. He talks about specific issues that came up while building Perl Street, and shares the lessons they learned.
