The mercenaries of the Might & Merit escort Alyssa Valeryon to Grey Reyne, the capitol of Talamnon. Alyssa has the potential of taking up the recently void position of Oligarch, but not if the assassin after her offs her before the council commences! The council meets in the Cathedral of the Ganrei & Bestello, also known as the Son and the Father Gods. Our heroes learn of dark rumours, get in over their head in conflict, and race to reach the top of the Tower of Bestello in time to stop the assassination!
